Can anyone recommend a book about bullying for 3 or 4 year olds.
I'm thinking of my 3 year old, he's not being bullied at all but I want to make him aware of it in a subtle way so that if it becomes an issue in the future he will know it happens and how to deal with it.
Do you know what I mean? Does that sound silly? It's just he's so shy and sensitive I worry he will be picked on later in his school life and he won't know how to deal with it, he doesn't stand up for himself although that may of course be different when he's older.
Don't know if I'm making sense or not!

I haven't looked at this one but it is mentioned in Nursery Ed magazine as a resource to use for anti-bullying week

Hey I can recommend you the book "Bobby's Story - Bullies Beware the Power of One". It is written by Richard Knapp and we have the book in our Kindergarten. The plot is very exciting but rather for older kids. It tells the story of Bobby who moves from country side into the city. His classmates dont accept him first and with the time he finds more and more friends. Very interesting for children and teaches a lot about teen courage.
