Hi Guys, ofsted came round to visit new premises and up my numbers for childcare, i was informed by the inspector that if i wanted more than six children i would have to inform my local coucil and request planning permission, i phoned my local council they didn't know what i was talking about:( i then phoned ofsted to clarify this and was told that i only needed to apply for planning permission if i was having more than nine children:confused: , has anyone had to apply for planning permission? or do any of you know what the correct numbers are? thanx in advance.
