Hi.

Just a little word of warning guys.

Spent several hours on my sef form last week, pressed SAVE and lost all my work! Tried again, 3 hrs later pressed SAVE same thing happened. Close to tears, phoned Ofsted, other people had same problem. Was told that you should press SAVE every 10 mins or so to save your work. So be careful!:clapping:

It said that is saves a section every time you go onto the next one, or to save every 10min. So it did not save a section when you went onto the next one then?:(

I think i will be pressing the save button lots and lots from now on.

oh heck! :(

I always advise people to fill it in on your computer first, spell check... then copy and paste into the online system when you are ready.

This way it's safe on your comp.

You can copy as normal using your mouse...

BUT when you paste you have to use control and v on your keyboard.

It's the way they've set it up
