sorry to moan i guess you've all felt this but just have to let it out.

i've started to complete my sef and i started off fine but i've got onto the welfare section and i just havn't got a clue what to put, i've read all the guidance/help notes and i've managed to put a sentence or 2 in to each bow but i don't know what to put in the actions box following what i've put.

i have my inspection next week so have to get it done maybe i'll leave it for tonight and have another go tomorrow.

sorry to moan again. thanks for reading.

I have the e book, which I think is why I am not panicking ....yet !

Had a look through and makes more sense than before. Like a lot of us I know I do it, just don't know how to write it down. Sarah talks in English!!

Thanks

Well my inspector told me that because it is "very long winded and repetative" to put "see previous questions" as my answer. Well I tried that with most of the welfare q's - but when I tried to submit my form it wouldn't let me until I had typed at least 6 sentences. So I put see oter questions and then just repated my other answers until the SEF could be submitted

I hope i make sense, I mean, just repeat yourself if you feel your first half of the Sef's questions were answered fully and you are happy with it so far - then just repeat your answers a bit.

WHen I had my inspection the inspector told me that my SEF was very detailed and very good! But like i said, I repeated myself alot, cos I got stuck on the later answers
