Just had a phone call this afternoon, Ofsted coming to do my 1st inspection next wednesday.

Not really worried about it being first one and all, know there will be lots of improvements needed (probably).

Seemed really nice on phone so hopefully it will all go ok.

Just a few questions for people:

How long do they stay for roughly???

If there is stuff I haven't got in place will they accept answers of - I am currently getting that into place, or that is next on my agenda.

I have only been working for 2 weeks so I know I have a lot more to do, but haven't rushed as felt time was better spent getting to know my child.

Not expecting shining report as long as everything is satisfactory I will be pleased for my 1st one. :D

If you havent got things in place it is best to explain why - then explain what you intend to do to put it right - the reasons that you are going to be doing it - to show you are aware of these things

What things do you think you do not have ?

They are usually with you for a few hours

I am sure you will be fine though

Good luck let us know how it goes

Angel xx
