i have one parent coming round torrow night for a full time place starting jan woo hoo fingers crossed, and i have someone coming round on friday for one of my spaces. and someone phoned today regarding babysitting as well so woo hoo

the thing is i have a variation in place that lets me have 4 kids under the age of 5 (my son is included in this number) only on a wednesday, if they are 2 full time slots needed can i request they change the variation as the boy is leaving me next week.

With reguards to variations - I thought they were only for the children names on the variation grant, so if you need to change it for any reason then you would need to apply again. I may be completly wrong there as I've never had one.
