Love the site it is so clean and simple
Only one thing about your fridge/freezer:
I have a thermometer to check that my fridge is kept at the recommended temperature which is -50c and my freezer is at -180c.
Is this right?
I keep my fridge at 3c and my freezer at -18c.
Like every one else I am super nosey and can't wait to see your photos.
All the best for your new venture. Like you I have only just registered :jump for joy:

Think it's difficult with the temps unless you can do degrees C on your computer. I agree it does look like fridge temp is -5.
FSA say fridge 0-5 degrees and freezer minimum -18 degrees
