I have just received a large box from SBS in it was 3!!! dockland waterways i ordered 1 they are very nice 2 of my other items large chalks and nutrition lotto are coming in another parcel 3 other items are discontinued

All the items i ordered minus whats out of stock should come to £30.80 INC P/P
NOT INCLUDING THE 2 EXTRA WATERWAYS I RECEIVED TODAY
they have taken £38. something out of my account

Have they sent extra items to anyone else what did you do.

I know i should phone them and tell them

Keep them and keep checking your account that no more money goes out. I would. :blush: If they ever query it I would say you rang and told them to pick them up. They are so incompetent they wont know any different.
