OK i'll apologise now cos i'm bound to offend someone ! But i have to say the bromley site just makes people panic . Dont get me wrong , there are lots of lovely really useful things on there and i have made use of them myself but i think people need to be aware that you dont need to use EVERYTHING on there :( Dont painc , keep it simple , we dont need to drown in paper work . Lets keep it about playing
Good point thanks for that...

I use the Bromley site a lot - thought it was great when I first found it - loads of information and easy to understand.
I'm not sure I think it makes people panic but I do agree you don't need everything on there.

You're right , people have to be selective and just use ( and adapt ) what applies to their business.

its a good site but i know what you are saying a new childminder might get a shock if they went on thinking they dont have enough but i would still tell people about it because it has made my live easer:)
The way in which I coped with the Bromley site, was to go through the policies that were recommended in the ECM and work from there.
