we are scraping out our pumpkins tommorrow and instead of throwing away the insides i was going to make some pumpkin soup.My auntie says its really easy just boil it in a pan with some tinned tomatoes .Any advances on this please

I have never made pumpkin soup but have told my children that if they want a pumpkin they are easting it too. Found these ones.

I make pumpkin soup every year but i've never added tomatoes:blush:
I boil it up with potato, onion, carrotts and leek, then qhizz it all up.
Occasionally I add a bit of chilli powder to give it a bit of a kick :)
