Does anyone have a permission form for using plasters please? I need to update mine but I'm not sure how to word it? :rolleyes:

Mine parental permission form is a long list of stuff that the parents tick/initial if they agree the plasters line is :-
" Application of hypo-allergenic plasters if required. "

Plasters - that is what I call them. I am sure ofsted know what a plaster is:thumbsup:
