I have been graded at level 5 which in Scotland is Very Good :) not sure what the English equiv is. this is how it works up here

6 Excellent
5 Very good
4 Good
3 Adequate
2 weak
1 Unsatisfactory

I am very very happy with it :) and surprised I got that actually in my first year :)

Well done George. I got a 5 in my mock grading and I would be very happy if I got a 5 in my real one. Just wish the inspector would call!! Paperwork was in ages ago.

Well Done! I wish my inspection was over so I could relax. Paperwork was all done in March as requested and have heard nothing! You got any tips to pass on? :clapping:

Well done you :clapping: I was graded 5 in each area too and was delighted with that. The only thing was it took the Care Commission ages to send out my report & it has taken them 4 months to finally put it online :angry:

We just get:

Outstanding
Good
Satisfactory
Inadequate

I think to have something more between Satisfactory and Outstanding would be fairer on those who work extremely hard and are the top end of 'Good' but not quite 'outstanding'

e.g. to be graded 'outstanding' you have to get 5 outstandings. If you get 4 outstandings and one good your overall grade would be 'good'

It would be nice if this was reflected as 'very good' if you see what I mean.

I see what you mean Pauline. I did try to find a bit more about our Inspection process for you all but can't seem to find anything grr.

I think I am right in saying we have to have all at 6 or 5 or 4 etc otherwise it gets pulled down to the next one down.
