I have just spoken to a really nice man at ofstead and he says you can childmind for up to 2hours and its nothing to do with them.:clapping: I am working with another childminder at a school and shes really making my life hard as to doing contracts and numbers.So ive taken his name and hes sending a letter ...........:)

Yes anything under 2 hours is classed as a creche.
