Here I was merrily getting along with my day today, helping my 15months old mindee with lunch and there was a knock on the door.
I open the door and there standing on the doorstep is an Ofsted Inspector!!!

No warning letter, no phone call, no nothing!!
As it happened it was only to go through the details of a variation that I have requested and she left after 5 mins but oh my god I couldn't believe it. I was so pleased that I had tidied up before lunch but I instantly started to panic and doubt what I was doing even tho I knew I was doing nothing wrong.
Is it just me that over reacted to the on the spot call?
Do you think they realise the turmoil they send us into?
