Hi
Just want to say thanks to everyone who replied to the above on the
old site.
Morton Michel were brilliant and their legal team paid the money into my
account within 5 days without question! They said it would be too costly
to take parent to court so wasn't even going to chase it up.
Not happy with the parent being let off the hook though but at least i got
my money.
Would definitely recommend them to be insured with as they are not even
interested which contracts you use and certainly doesn't have to be one of
theirs.
Thanks again

wow no hassel, thats not the point though, its not fair that the parent escapes without payment, and not so much as a letter fromm mm, just a little one to put the wind up them.

Hello again Helen - great to see you on here!
That is fab news about Morton Michel - thanks for sharing it with us!
I know a lot of members worry about the cost of NCMA, although NCMA do some wonderful work lobbying for Childminders as well...
Gosh that's a hard fence to sit on! :p

ive just renewed with ncma, but i might go with morton michel next time x
I suppose i like the security of having all the ncma paperwoirk so that i know i am doing it right and i just follow like a sheep - most childminders in my area are members of ncma
