I have been childminding a few years now and last year my partner moved in i told the inspector on my inspection last June and she was suppose to send out a CRB form which i never received anyway i was looking through my paperwork and realised we hadnt done one so wrote a letter asking for one meanwhile someone from Ofsted rang and said i need to fill in an Ofsted EY2 form (downloadable from website) as it wasnt as easy as asking for a Discloser form, so he filled it in then friday i received an enhanced discloser form to fill in does my partner need to fill in both?

if you are not sure always ring Mrs Ofsted but i think you have to fill in both?

Yes he needs to do the EY2 (an Ofsted form for their records) and the CRB for his criminal records check.
