Everyone is welcome here so it doesn't matter about having your registration number, and to be honest if I asked for registration numbers how could I actually be sure that it was your number that you were giving me?

If someone wanted to pretend to be a childminder they could get a URN from the Ofsted website and I wouldn't have any way of checking that it belonged to them - if you get what I mean.

So, rather than let people into full members by just asking for their registration number, instead we ask that we get to know them first, by chatting on the forum etc. after that you will be welcomed in :thumbsup:
