i had another enquiry today that i couldn't fulfil. i hate turning them away whe i have vacancies i can't fill! i wrote down what hours i could do and i'm going to post it in her door later incase i can help! why does noone want a mon morning?

I just had to turn away a 8 month old! Would've been perfect too it was only part time which is what i want coz i still like having my alone time with Jayden but because i have Jayden i cant take on a 8 month old.

Hope you find someone for your monday morning soon x

It is very frustrating! I agree.

I had to say no to someone the other day who sounded perfect but wanted the wrong sessions :(

very frustrating, i turned down a 7mth old as i already have an 8mth. annoying thing is 7mth would have been a few more hrs than 8mth i am settling in now, never mind eh.

I had a to turn away a parent yesterday who wanted full time places for a 1 and 3 year old but i already have an 18 month old who started last week who does 3 days a week aswell as my own little girl.

though i've had 2 enquiries today 1, for 17 month old 1 day a week (that i already have mindee on) and 2, 2 3/4 year old full time so 2, coming tomorrow to sign contracts but don,t know start date as mumgot to wait for crb clearance.

i wish i was turning people away. around here it seems that children are drying up. even the vacancy co ordinater has spaces but no calls in months.

i had part timers and wanted to take on a full time baby but that meant 3 under 12 mths!!! (i can take two uner 12mths) wish i sacked the part timers for the baby lol more money more bills paid off! it always happens that way never mind lol
