I am sorry if this subject has already been covered...Have tried to find a similar post but not as of yet....
Also sorry if this thread is in the wrong section:(

Attended a playgroup last week and other childminders were discussing the new registers, One of them said she had spoke to her D.O the day before and was told that the cost of being on the EYFS register was £103.00 and to be included on the Childcare register was another £180.00 :eek:

Can anyone clarify this? As ive not been able to find more out. Yes went onto ofsted and found a table of fees etc and it does state a cost for each register depending on what hours and days you provide on :panic:
but still unsure:(

Any other info out there, please could you let me know so i can warn family of future bankcruptcy :censored:

I can't find the thread just now but it was only one cost for all 3 registers...

Can't remember the costs but know that I have just read somewhere that it will go up in £5 incremements each year ending up at £35 in 2010

have just checked and it is £25.00 .! Phew!!!

luckily you get to pay for the previous year, not in advance :D

£180 is just for the compulsary, then like £103 for voluntary and £25.00 if you do early years and the rest :rolleyes:

As far as I'm aware you only one fee, not three :)
