BROWNIES
In a bowl put:
4 crushed weetabix
4oz caster sugar
4oz self raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
pkt chocolate drops or chopped chocolate.
mix this altogether
then take 4oz of melted marg and stir this into the mixture along with an egg
mix well and put in a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at electric 180.
I put this mix into a square tin which measures 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. I suppose you could use anything a similar size it would just turn out a bit more or less deeper. I also line the tray with greaseproof paper to save any sticking. Once out the oven let it stand for about 5 minutes then turn out the tray and cut into squares

They are really nice, you don't taste the weetabix. I use dark chocolate so they are really rich.

We made these last week on half term
They were very easy and the mixture looked nice - I was expecting something weird looking
The kids loved them
My two sons turned up though and the poor kids were left with none - they loved them haha
I thought they were okish not a fan of weetabix though
My one son said you could taste them my other son said you could not ha
Have a go with the kids they are simple
Thanks for that Chell

Yeah that sounds good Miffy
The mixture is fairly moist and you can mould it into a shape with a spoon I would imagine then put some little eggs on top
Good idea

these are in the oven now, I had to use oatabix though as no weetabix in.. lol should be the same.
I have pointed them as well, for weightwatchers using my scales.
the total mixture measured 45 points, so depending on how many it can divide up into.
I should get 20 small brownies from the tray I used, if so they point at 2.25 each brownie.
yum yum.... gonna have coffee and brownies for brunch this morning....:D :D :D
