Hi

i am just doing my first invoice for mindee who starts next week.

I brought a book as i'm not very good at trying todo things on the computer but it doesn't work, i've had a look on the bromley site but i can't find anything.

Does anyone know if theres anywhere else i can get one from.

Thanks in advance

This is the Microsoft template I use. Obviously that is my fees policy on the bottom but it ALWAYS gets printed on the back of every invoice

I don't actually do an invoice are we supposed to? If parents pay regularly is there any point. Some of mine pay each week I wouldn't get chance to do an invoice.

i dont use an invoice for my main parent unless she owes me money (we work to a yearly spreadsheet of worked out fees so i get paid the same everyweek and its only the odd day that may suddenly change where one or the other owes money)

i do an invoice for my holiday child in advance tho

hope im not doing it wrong

I do a very simple weekly breakdown of hours required then total it all up

on works though! so not sure anyone would be able to open it lol
