Well after just under 3hrs and 2 cups of coffee later Ofsted finally went. I am thrilled to bits I got a Good on all points of the EYFS. I don't know who was more nervous her or me this was her first inspection on the EYFS so I think that went in my favour. She said I should be really pleased with myself and to give myself a pat on the back ( too right after all this paper work).
Made me feel like it has been all worthwhile and at last someone does take note of what we do as childminders. I must admit I did have to make a point of showing her loads of stuff as at one point she was going to point down a recommendation on a few points but then changed her mind and said she didn't need to put that down after on. Makes you wonder if they know what they are doing themselves.
Still I am well glad its over so is my hubby as I have been a bit of a ntmare to live with the last couple of days. Bless him!
As I have no children 2mrw I am taking a bottle of wine round to my mates hse to celebrate while my family stay in & watch the footie! :jump for joy:
