Interesting website, would say that it is not necessary to cook special recipes for Diabetic kids. My daughter is a type 1 and eats the same as the rest of us.

Im type 2 diabetic, on diet and metformin (tablets) and as an adult diabetic I follow the S....... W.... eating plan (wasnt sure if I could use the name?)
Ive lost over a stone would like to do another, but seem to be at a plateau at the mo..
More excersize is needed I think:blush:
