Ok so I thought I had better get myself together and start writing my variation for continuity of care, seen as though my babys due in 9 weeks!

so these are the children

A age 1 (two in two weeks) does 4, 3 hour mornings a week

B age 2 (3 in october) does 3, 6 hours days

C age 4 (5 in july) at part time nursery, becomes full time school april, rest of time with me

D age 5 only with me 4 afternoons in school holidays

E age 5 (6 in nov) 3 hours a week before school term time, some school holidays

F age 10, same as above

my baby

So how do i go about this lol

My mum is registered as my assistant but doesnt have set hours, shes more as and when though she will be around alot in the first few months, she also has permission from parents to collect kids from school, and look after them if I have to do something else.

My under fives only overlap for around an hour 3 days a week (apart from my baby)

is this doable?

You will need to do a grid for Ofsted - too much for me to view in this format too.

When I do mine I put the day across the top of each column in excel and the names of the children (<5, <8, >8 order) in the left hand column. Place the times in for each child against the day and you will see when you need the overlap.

If you need any help pm me and I will send you mine with an example

Hope that makes sense
