My friend is needing her ds looking after a few hours each day, ive got my insurance already, they(ncma) needed to know a start date when i got it funded for me so silly me put it a wee bit early anyway would i be able to have him even though i have no certificate yet?:blush:

Told last night that once you have got the ball rolling with Ofsted that you should not under any circumstances look after any children before your cert even as favours. ( for more than 2 hours a day etc). Now you are on their 'radar' they can cancel your registration if they deem you to be working 'underhand'. Sorry this seems over the top- dont want you to risk it though just in case!

no i dont think you can, you need to be very careful what you do as you never know who is watching!!!!! thats how it is by me anyhow
