I've just found this on the NCMA website and wondered if anyone was doing it?

and only the first 100 minders!!!:D
I am guessing NCMA want to "research" what a minder does during the day with kids and publish the results so it can be used for promotional purposes to sing our praises!!! :D :D
Surely if NCMA can't tell the world what it is that we do differently to nurseries no one can!!!
I would say that a childminder is the only source of childcare where the child can have one key worker from birth right through to teens offering a wonderful continuity of care.:D
