my eldest son has now started school so i need for ofsted to change my certificate to reflect that. i phoned them and they asked me to put it in wiritng to them. can i do this via email or does it have to be a proper letter in the post?

It has to have your signiture on it, so if you are able to scan it on to an email then you can do that, otherwise you need to send in post.

I emailed Ofsted and asked for a variation to be removed and the certificate came in 2 days.
