Just been on the phone to ofstead, the forms should of been sent to social services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She was very apoligetic?(spelling)!, she said put them in the shredder!
I think the reason they are going through ss is at my pre reg i mentioned that my dh son is autistic she then asked if weve had any involvement with them because of this, i said no but she said they may check anyway, which they obviouly are just a shame they can.y get the right address :angry:

Hi Lisa, when i registered last year i got sent the same forms and was very puzzled by it. But was told by OFSTED that they had to do a social services check.

I don.t know then?, now ive had a closer look they don.t look like they should of been sent to me, she was sooooooo sorry and told me to shread them!, i think they need a bit more comunication between them!:D
