What do you think is a fair price to charge for a hot lunch at the moment (healthy but basic!)?
Do you "throw in" free snacks too?

My main rate is inclusive and includes lunch snacks and drinks.
If parents want to provide their own food, I reduce the fee by £2 a day. I still provide drinks (most of them drink water anyway) but parents provide lunch and snacks.

My fee is inclusive of snacks and meals, parents have never questioned it. I like that the children all have the same lunch and not having to worry about what's in the children's lunch boxes as I have a couple of children with allergies.

I include all meals and snacks too.
I ask parents to send food/ milk for babies until they are generally eating 'normal' food, and drinking cows milk ( or alternatives)

I'm also all-inclusive. I provide lunch within my hourly rate. I think charging separately for food can open yourself up for all kinds of scrutiny and I'd rather not go there!
