Quick question my assistant has two children that attend nursery in the mornings only but she is entitled to 30hrs per child is she able to have them here for the other 15hrs and I claim for them?

Yes i believe its only children you are related too that you cant claim for.

However seeing how every la delivers their funding differently maybe give them a quick call/email
