Hi I have a child who has 2 year stretched funding with me mum informed me yesterday child will be leaving to go nursery on 22nd April, which is 4 weeks
Today I text mum if I'm to clAim 3 weeks funding 1st April to 21st April just text back she will have a look and get back to me
My question is can I ask for the 4 weeks notice? As in contract which will include this 3 weeks funding
Not sure if I read somewhere that you can't get notice for funded hours

Speak to your LA, it is so complicated and there are local rules- you agreed a contract with your LA to deliver the funding so you need to check that and speak to them. I hope it works out x

It will say in your funding agreement if you can claim the notice or not. Every la is different.
