I’m just reading some details about the GDPR and thinking about it I’m not sure how long I have to keep attendance records for. Would it be the same as the contract which is 21 yrs 3 mths

Personally I'd keep attendance with the contract in case of a query in the future. It's until the child reaches the age of 21+3, although with all these 'historic claims' I'm not sure how reliable even that would be :panic:
