Hi, I'm currently in the process of filling in my childminding application form and I'm at the policies and procedures part. I'm kind of stuck with words and struggling to write statements for most of them like the promoting independence and respecting choice, providing for health and welfare or service user, respecting privacy and dignity of service user and a few other. Could anyone please give me some advice or pointers with these?
