Has anyone ever sat and done one of these with a mindee or put one in their learning journey? Does anyone have a template they'd be happy to share with me? Thank you :-)

I use a lot of 'I can' statements in observations ... but I find doing a sheet of statements is extra work that isn't really needed :D
