can anyone recommend a good storage lockable case to store all my files in that i need to keep secure thank you

Remember, it does not need to be 'lockable'- EYFS says 'secure' I believe- a lockable box in a place that can be easily picked up and walked out the door with is not secure... So that will be something you need to RA for your setting.
