A short while back Prof Jools Page asked for input in her research on 'Professional Love in Early Childhood Education and Care' (PLEYS)
I recall that many cms participated in her surveys....the results are now out and the Attachment Toolkit is really very very helpful.
Glad to see this aspect of education/childcare now has been researched....great resource for cms!
