No problem...I picked up a discussion between Ofsted and others on this last night so quickly posted the link.

I can't say I am enlightened but others have asked DfE if there is a video particularly aimed at EY and what we can expect...this one is really for schools...don't you think?
Anyway the discussion then went on but I left it there....interesting that Gill Jones joined in later!!

You are right ...it is for schools but Ofsted will argue it is based on the CIF and so it will apply to all.

I agree we could do with something more specific to bust some of the myths about inspectors but to do so we need to report what we feel is happening and what is not right...or so the Ofsted woman says....if something is happening tell Ofsted and they will address it.
