I take my hat off to you...I am finding this consultation rather puzzling....same as others which had unclear questions....this one is a bit more unusual

Is the DfE asking us what should be in the EYFS on this subject?....maybe they would ask cms how we want the 'ratio' conundrum for cms re-written in plain English?
At least they have given us a clue that a EYFS review may be due in Sept 2016....as if we had not already kind of guessed?...shall we bet on it?
