Ive just got a health declaration booklet through from ofstead saying ive not sent one in, it was one of the first forms i filled in, i speak to this man his awnser"NO YOU HAVNT" ok i call my docs yes it was sent!, so ofstead lost it:eek: ive filled the new document in and off to the docs again later to get it signed, one good thing though not pying £45 again!

That is annoying

Doesnt suprise me. I have said this before but they lost my kids :rolleyes: First thing out of inspectors mouth when she arrived was an apology saying their details had disappeared from their database. It had probably happend when I told them about Will being born - although they did have him down just that he was 5 and not 2.

pain in bums, knowing them its in a pile waiting to be processed or something.

How annoying but thank goodness you dont' have to pay again.
