Hi everyone, I need some inspiration - From September i've decided to no longer provide my mindees with an evening meal, and instead a more substantial late afternoon snack (at say 4pm) to tide them over until they eat later at home.
But I'm really struggling with ideas of things to make - i want it to be quick and easy to prepare? What do you give yours? Bearing in mind the majority of mine are after schoolies with two 3 yr olds.

Thanks!

Could you do beans or cheese on toast or is. This too big? Any kind of filling bread product would be good maybe?

I do toast, muffins, sandwiches, pizza, cheesy garlic bread
All with fruit and usually a yoghurt or chocolate biscuit all my mindees and parents are happy with this and it sees them through till tea at home
