How does everyone plan their meals and inform parents? How do you let them know about allergens? Do you send out a menu in advance?! I am trying to come up with an efficient method and would really like to hear how others do it,

We plan our menu with parents and children involved...

Our menu says at the bottom - please ask us about any food allergies...

We display our menu on our noticeboard...

We keep a record in the kitchen of food allergies so it's available if parents ask us...
