Hi,
I wondered if anyone can help. I have the Environental health inspecting me soon so that j can be registered as a food business. I was hoping to have my food hygiene course done first but have been able to get on a course yet.
Will this matter ? So worried I muck this up.
Thanks

Env. Health handle CMers differently in different LA areas.
In my LA, Env Health do not come out to inspect us at all and do not ask to see any certificates.
So, whether yours will or will not expect to see a certificate yet is something only your local Env Health can tell you.
There are food hygiene courses online, there is a free Level 2 one on childcare.co.uk for Gold Members https://www.childcare.co.uk/information/basic-food-hygiene-course
