You should consider what activities you will cover with the children – and how they will support the children’s learning – and make sure you keep them in their routine.
The focus will be on safeguarding and teaching / learning. Know your safeguarding procedures ... backwards!
Make sure you have evidence of all the wonderful things you do with the children - this is your chance to show off!!
Show how you take them from their starting points -> observations -> assessments linked to Early Years Outcomes -> individual planning -> 2 year progress check (if the right age) -> summary assessments to show the child is making progress. It's not about how much you write - it's about the quality of what you are doing.
