Hello, I have my Pre-reg inspection booked next Monday and am feeling very nervous. Not 100% sure on what paperwork I will need to show her and if I have safety proofed my house correctly. Any tips would be amazing

your pre reg is a good experience. You can ask ofsted for their advice and if needs be make changes. It is all about knowing your stuff and working through the booklet in readiness.
