You need to follow EYFS- children within sight OR hearing at all times. Can you hear from the kitchen?

Best to carry on as usual when Ofsted come, children and inspector will be able to tell if you are doing something you don't normally do and it could all go wrong.

An idea: do a 'make it yourself' lunch where children make own sandwiches with pre-prepared toppings so you can just bring pre-prepared tray through from kitchen and all sit together to make and eat lunch? Also Brownie points for children making own lunch!
