Hello my husbands social service checks are still not back and it's been about 7 weeks,I no there is nothing wrong and he hasn't been involved with them before.has anyone else's partners took ages? Mine came back straight away,thank you

All you can do is chase, chase, chase.
Call Ofsted. If no luck there, call your local SS yourself- I have heard of this working although Ofsted might not encourage it! It may just be sitting on someone's desk.
