Unable to do links press release from Ofsted the framework for inspections is changing in Sept 2015 shorter more frequent inspections for good schools not sure if this includes childminders also a common framework for each ares of chilsdcare (about time l told my last inspector 3years ago this should be the case).

Thanks for sharing...I cannot find a press release but HMCI has announced these changes in a NWorld article on 9 October
Ofsted is at the moment consulting on 'Better inspections for all'...it intends to make changes and have shorter inspections for schools and EY and...yes ...CMs are included and yes it will be a common framework although some in EY are warning that inspections have to be targetted at the age group
There have been many comments from the usual sources regarding one framework for all
