hi all
on my certifiacate is says i can have no more than 5 children under 8 years with no more than 2 under 5years & no more than 1 under 1 year.
so does this mean i can now have 3 under 8years but over 5years?
as my cerftificate has changed as my daughter is now over 8years.
does this mean i can have 5 minded children not including my own two
any advice welcome?

Yes its on top of your own children and you could have 2 under 5 and 3 over 5 but only one of these can be under 1.

Remember that if your daughter has moved out of your numbers to update your certificate with Ofsted I know someone who lost out an Outstanding because she hadn't updated her certifcate when son moved out of one age group into another even though the children she had were in the right ratios.
