I am currently doing Unit 079 which i believe is also known as CYPOP5. I am in college every two weeks but I was wondering if someone could hel me. On outcome 1 a/c 1 - Outline the current legislation covering home based childcare and the role of the refulatory bodies - could I ask how people have set this out? I dont know if I have gone the right way or not? Thank you x

I'm based in England but think I had the same question on my course. The way I got my head around it WS by doing a mock 'information for parents' info sheet - I waffled a bit at the beginning about needing to work to current legislation then listed main ones with brief info etc
