Does anyone know if I need to pay the £13 reg fee for my husbands certificate as well as mine? It seems really unfair that this new measure is in place as I don't think either of us will be needing our DBS certs updated. Except of course my certificates came through in July, longer than the 19 days allowed so I now have to order and pay for new certificates :-(
